People all over search for the perfect Diet Plan. The perfect Diet Plan is one that is not only nutritious and healthy for our body, but also scrumptious for our taste buds. In simple terms, people want to follow a Diet Regimen that will help them eliminate weight without making significant changes to their current lifestyle. The unfortunate reality is that such a Diet Regimen is only a dream. In fact, this Diet Regimen is the reason for the great ocean around your midriff. So, what is the perfect Diet? The result is one that you will stick with..
Numerous people entertain a misconception that they can conveniently lose weight and keep the acquired figure by following a Diet Plan plan for some time before stopping it entirely. That's not the way things work. What is needed is a different manner to eating. A way of eating that will give us the body we want and keep it that way.
In my quest for the Ideal eating habits, I have adopted several different diets. By far, the Body for Life and the Atkins Diet Regimen were the most advantageous. I believe that the reason for my success is that these diet plans enabled me to eat. For example, the Body for Life Diet gave one cheat day in every week. Equipped with the knowledge that I could indulge in sinful food on the cheat day, following the Diet Plan plan for the other days was not very difficult for me.
The Atkins Diet Regimen allowed me to eat plenty of protein and particular vegetables. It felt as if this Diet was made for me since I loved particular vegetables. Calculating my calorie consumption and portion sizings were stuff that I did not have to do. However, I still missed the joyful company of my friends like ice cream and beer. I always thought that my efforts would go to waste if I fumbled. The Diet Plan is over. Start again from the first step. I lost hope after 4 restarts.
Then, what is the solution? In my eyes, it is a combination of the two. My body loses weight more effectively when I limit carbohydrates. Hence, I decided to limit them. I now take plenty of salads, vegetables and lean meats. I avoid eating bread, potatoes and all carbs that don't come from green vegetables. I then take one day a week off to eat whatever I want.
The result is a Diet Plan I can actually stick to. Is it the rosiest Diet Regimen? Maybe not, but it is a whole lot better than carrying around an extra forty pounds around my midsection. The cheat day encourages me to carry on with the regimen. Moreover, I find it very easy to reject food that I can eat after a few days. Give it a try or find a hybrid solution that you can stick with long term. I completely believe in the power of the cheat day, since I don't think there is any Diet Regimen that I can stick to for a long period.
