Before you take any form of action you need to come and understand that losing weight will require that you push yourself hard every single day. The next thing you need to realize is that you have to remain consistent in your efforts. There is no point in eating well for 3 days per week and then junking out on rubbish the next 4. You have to know where you are going and that really requires focus. Focus is only going to happen when you know exactly where it is that you are going. To bring about results that much faster I would recommend that you start spreading out your meals throughout the day. Make sure that your meals are all healthy and nutritious and process food free! There is nothing more important than making sure that you are consistent in your efforts to lose weight.
