To really lose weight in a short time frame I would advise everyone to get out there and put in as much effort as possible but make sure that you are consistent in that effort. There is no way in hell you are going to be able to achieve great success in losing weight if you are not consistent. The facts are that losing weight will just be a dream if you are not consistent.

I am telling you right now my friend eating tiny healthy meals throughout the day is the way to get success. Vegetables need to become a stable part of your diet because it is the only way that you are going to lose the weight that you want to lose. Trust me my friend life is really simple and all it requires you do all you need to do but in a consistent manner.

The final tip that I am going to give you is to just have a break once a week. I am telling you right now my friend that you will lose so much weight if you are able to keep this up.
