Working Out at Work

Most people's days are consumed with work and many people just cannot find the time to work out, well we have a solution for you. You can actually work out at work to keep yourself healthy and fit.

Less than half of the population is not in a good physical state which does pose a problem for their health. These people are not getting two and a half hours of physical activity in a week as they should. Being motivated has a lot to do with it.

In order to get back on the path of motivation and being fit, you should work out at work. This can be done during task and your idle time. All you have to do is short exercises and all of these will add up at the end of the day.

Walk a lap around the building or floor to deliver a note instead of sending an email.

In your downtime or just whenever, use the stairs to work out on.

Walk around with coworkers when talking to each other.

Strengthen your core by using an exercise ball instead of a computer chair.

Do back twist while sitting in your chair if you still have one instead of an exercise ball.

While reading documents or working on your computer you can work your abs out by moving your legs back and forth to your chest.

Wear ankle weights and do leg exercises under your desk.

Arm dips can be done while sitting at your desk in your chair.

Every hour you should stand up and stretch to keep your blood flowing.

Look up online work out videos for work at home.
