Seriously for the next few months at least you are going to have to put in an insane amount of work if you want to shed the fat on your body.

If you want to get results then don't even mention the world shortcut. Believe me my friend you will only end up wasting your time and effort by trying to find a shortcut.

If the only thing that you ever changed was the food that you ate then you will lose a lot of weight. The most important thing that you need to do is completely get rid of those processed foods. Believe me my friend you need to go through all your kitchen cupboards and get rid of every single piece of junk food. Once the junk foods are completely gone you are going to be able to start filling your kitchen cupboards with healthy things that will help you lose weight.
At the very least you need to be buying ingredients so that you can buy all the healthy meals that are going to be good for you. The moment you get your diet in check is the second you will notice the weight start to drop very quickly indeed.
The next area of focus after diet must be on your exercise. Fitness is essential to get into great shape so please make sure that you are out there getting your exercise every single day. If you make sure that you exercise as much as you can then losing weight will never be much of an issue.
