There is no way in hell you are ever going to lose the excess fat on your body if you don't put in the effort. Hard work is just the pre requisite skill you are going to have to develop in order to really lose all the excess fat that you want to lose. If you are planning on finding a shortcut then you may as well give up now because none exist.
You need to do whatever you can to really make sure that there are no distractions in your life at this moment in time. Believe me time wasting activities such as the television need to be the first things that you get rid of.
One of the most important things you are ever going to do is stop socializing all the time. Removing distractions will help you focus which in turn will help you lose weight really fast.
Now you need to move forward and actually create a plan of action that you are going to be proud of. Trust me having a plan in front of you is what is going to enable you to lose all the weight that you wanted to lose. Start by actually taking the time to do some solid research. Let me tell you right now that if you push hard every single day then one day soon you will end up seeing truly exceptional results.
