These aisles contain the more nutritious and healthy foods, like fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as lean meats and dairy. The middle aisles are frequently packed with pre-packaged foods, canned foods and salty snacks. These foods offer little or no nutritional value. By refraining from walking down these aisles, you will reduce the chance to purchase them.
